How I build

Alone, one thing at a time.

  1. 01Build what I use every day

    I am the first user. Each app lives in my own daily routine, and the rough edges get fixed one by one.

  2. 02Remove before adding

    Every feature has a weight. I keep only what is truly needed, so the app stays obvious to use.

  3. 03Your data is yours

    Wherever possible, everything stays on your device. If a piece of infrastructure isn’t needed, it isn’t there.

  4. 04Natural in Japanese and English

    Both languages are written and checked by hand so that neither feels like a translation.
